Our Purpose

A question. A journey. An exploration of what anchors us.

For years, I listened to conversations about faith through sermons, podcasts, books, debates, and social media. But I kept wondering: What happens when you step beyond the conversation and into the room?

I wanted to experience faith where it lives—in communities, traditions, rituals, meals, and everyday moments. Not just what people believe, but what those beliefs do. How faith shapes lives, builds community, and helps people navigate an uncertain world.

That curiosity became The Faith Exchange.

Each episode follows Natania as she steps into a different faith community, participating where invited, listening with humility, and learning through experience. Not to debate beliefs, but to better understand what grounds people, guides them, and gives their lives meaning.

As a Christian woman, my faith is part of my story and one of the things that anchors me. But this journey isn't about comparison. It's about connection.

Because when we step inside one another's stories, assumptions fade, understanding grows, and walls begin to come down.

Our Approach

So I started going.

Into churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, prison chapels, and gathering spaces that don't fit neatly into any category.

Not as an expert. Not as a critic.

As a guest.

In each episode, I step into a faith community, participate where I'm invited, ask questions, and learn through experience.

I sit where people sit. Listen to their stories. Observe their traditions. Share meals. Join conversations.

Some spaces feel familiar. Some challenge me. Some aren't for me.

And that's the point.

The Faith Exchange isn't about ranking beliefs or deciding who is right. It's about making faith visible—exploring how people practice it, live it, and stay anchored through it.

The Storycatcher

I grew up in the church. Faith was familiar, steady, comfortable, and woven into my routine.

But for a long time, I was performing it more than living it.

What changed wasn't a dramatic moment. It was a quiet shift, faith moving from something I did to something I am. From forced to anchored. From routine to something lived.

And somewhere in that journey, a question surfaced that I couldn't shake:

If faith is anchoring me, what is anchoring everyone else?

So instead of wondering, I started going. Into churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, prison chapels, and spaces that don't fit any category, as a guest. Curious, open, and ready to witness.
